Preparation of polytetrafluoroethylene low temperature superhydrophobic film by magnetron sputtering

For insulator in transmission line project of low temperature anti icing requirements on glass substrates by low temperature super hydrophobic PTFE films by reactive magnetron sputtering, to study the effects of sputtering parameters on the properties of the superhydrophobic films, and explores the superhydrophobic properties of thin films at low temperature. The wettability, surface morphology, film thickness and roughness of the film surface were characterized by water contact angle measuring instrument, scanning electron microscope and surface profiler respectively.
